Audio Visual Details
Following are the technical and equipment requirements for the audio and visual portion of the presentation.
If you have specific needs, just
contact us
and we'll work with you to make sure that Christopher's presentation fits seamlessly into your event.
Microphone
Christopher's microphone preference is a lavaliere, or "tie clip" style. If at all
possible, the mic should be wireless to allow for a more dynamic presentation. It's also an
excellent idea to have a backup microphone, since technology often has a mind of its own.
Audio
You'll need to connect the audio output from the sound card of the computer running
Power Point (your computer or his laptop, as the case may be) into your
sound system.
Power Point
We have Power Point presentations for every speaking topic. Our presentations will
display properly on resolutions as low as 800x600.
Our Laptop
Christopher brings his own laptop with the presentation already loaded.
You'll need to provide a standard interface cable
to connect from the laptop monitor output to your projection system. Either the position of
the laptop or the projection screen needs to be visible from the speaker's position.
Your Computer
If you would prefer for us to use your own computer system,
we'll bring a CD with a Power Point 2000 version presentation
(which will work on Power Point 2000 or any newer versions).
You'll need to provide a wireless remote control that will manage the
page navigation in the Power Point presentation. If you don't have one,
make sure your computer has an open USB port and Christopher will bring
his own.
Remote Control
The range of Christopher's remote control is 50 feet from the computer.
